At PicPolisher (provided by Cave Sight), we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated imagery. We understand that sometimes results may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our guarantee.


1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our services.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the AI-generated results, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.


2. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse of our refund capability and ensure fair access for all users, the following limitations apply:

  • Frequency Limit: Refund requests are limited to a maximum of two (2) refunds per customer within any rolling 30-day period.
  • Excessive Returns: Accounts that exhibit a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests (beyond the limit above) may be flagged for review, and we reserve the right to refuse future service or refunds to such accounts.
  • Good Faith: The guarantee applies to genuine dissatisfaction with improved photo quality. It does not cover "change of mind" after successfully downloading and using the high-resolution images for their intended commercial purpose.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Regardless of our internal policies, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if the Service has a major failure, is not provided as described, or cannot be delivered.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Outside of the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and statutory rights, refunds may be declined for:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • User error (e.g., uploading the wrong image, ignoring guidelines on image quality).
  • Requests exceeding the Fair Use limit (more than 2 refunds in 30 days).
  • Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date (though we may offer credits at our discretion).

5. Technical Issues

If a technical error prevents you from receiving your images or using the service, this does not count towards your refund limit. Please report technical issues immediately for a full replacement or refund.


6. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction ID or Date
  • Reason for dissatisfaction (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
